The DUCATl DESMO OWNERS CLUB – PHILIPPINES (hereinafter“the Association") is affiliated to DUCATI DESMO OWNERS CLUB,founded by DUCATI MOTOR S.P.A., whose purpose is to support and coordinate with the Philippines’ DUCATI distributor, T.A. Marketing, Inc. (hereinafter “the Distributor”) and to act as the official point of reference in the Philippinesfor all existing Ducati Clubsand those that will be formed in the future, as well as any individual, Organization and/or company that, as an admirer of the DUCATl motorcycle. The intention of the Association is to unite all members with a common interest in promoting DUCATI motorcycle ventures, providing a higher level of enthusiasm when driving DUCATI motorcycles and providing opportunities for enjoyment nationwideunder the insignia of the DUCATl trademark.
