916 F94

Born thanks to the talent of Massimo Tamburini - the Michelangelo of the motorcycles - the 916 was the perfect synthesis of the traditions and Ducati's future aspirations.

In addition to being a true design icon, the 916 soon also became the symbol of Ducati's dominance in the World Championship during the '90.
Equipped with innovative technical solutions, the 916 represents the Ducati most victorious racing bike of all time, with four Manufacturers' titles in 1994, 1995, 1998 and 1999. Riding the 916, Britain's Carl Fogarty, known as "King Carl," won four world titles and for the longest time remained the most successful rider in the history of the World Superbike Championship.

Also known by the nickname "Foggy," Carl remained within the Ducati family until the end of his career, and his bike with the number 2 soon enters the imagination of the fans.
