20 World Superbike Championship victories earned Ducati the manufacturers' title again in 1992, after the undisputed domination of the previous year.

Ducati wins the Manufacturers' title in the World Superbike Championship again in 1992 by winning a total of 20 victories thanks to the talents of riders such as Doug Polen, Raymond Roche and Giancarlo Falappa.

The official team is headed by Franco Uncini, with Franco Farné as chief mechanic.
Doug Polen and Raymond Roche finish the championship in first and second place, respectively, while Giancarlo Falappa, nicknamed the "Lion of Jesi" for his aggressive and courageous driving style, gets four important victories riding his 888, number 9.

Ducati completes the 1992 championship by winning the Manufacturers' title with a lead of more than 100 points over the runner-up. Another undisputed victory.
