Ducati opens second flagship store in Rome

Ducati doubles its presence in Rome by opening the second dealer in the Italian capital. The new space dedicated to the “reds of Borgo Panigale” is located on Largo Oreste Giorgi, no. 5, just steps away from Vatican City in the very same spot as the original dealer for Rome. 

Spanning 460 sq. m plus an outside area of 210 sq. m, the new dealer has a scope and set of characteristics that go beyond a mere shop. For the city of Rome, it is an actual Ducati point of reference accommodating both the showroom and the garage. The dealer contains the entire Ducati range, together with a wide assortment of apparel and accessories. An area dedicated to the Land of Joy is a platform for presenting the whole Scrambler® world, including motorbikes, accessories and apparel. Like the branch at the Foro Italico, this new dealer is managed directly by the parent company, representing a direct link between Bologna and the Eternal City.

Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati and Francesco Milicia, VP Global Sales & After Sales officially inaugurated the new Store with the participation of Andrea Dovizioso, official rider of the MotoGP Mission Winnow Ducati team and Luca Nanni, Branch Director of Ducati Roma.

The opening of Ducati Roma Gregorio VII is part of the process of global expansion of the company sales network, now counting over 780 dealers in 90 countries around the world. The new Rome dealer is only the most recent opened since the beginning of the year, added to new dealers in China, India, Brazil, Austria and the U.S. in the last few weeks. 

The opening event was attended by a large set of fans, journalists and “friends” of Ducati, who livened up a pleasant evening to mark the official unveiling of this new Ducati point of reference for the city of Rome.
