Discover moreIn production between 1962 and 1975, the Ducati Scrambler re-emerged in 2015 as a model representative of an authentic brand. When the Scrambler was presented at World Ducati Week in 2014, it was as if Ducati had never stopped producing it. The subject of some sort of time travel, the Scrambler retained its original concept but with modern technologies and technical characteristics.
Meticulously designed to evoke the same sensations as the model that had won over three generations during the 60s and 70s, the Scrambler featured many details that recalled the history of this model, emphasised with the “Born in 1962” wording on the fuel cap. Just starting the engine was enough to be caught up in the Scrambler spirit.

Built not only to showcase its looks but also to emphasise the riding enjoyment it offered, the Scrambler had a strong identity, blending and perfectly balancing past and present. A model that, thanks to its ease of riding and countless customisations, soon became an iconic symbol of a carefree lifestyle.
The Scrambler was more than just a bike. It was a brand with a strong identity that gave life to a universe of joy, fun and freedom. The first to be presented was the Scrambler Icon that, with its iconic design and easy riding, quickly won over a new generation of free-spirited enthusiasts.
The first Scrambler model went into production in 1962 and represents the meeting point between the American and European motorcycle schools. Today Scrambler is a Ducati milestone.
