“Its superpower? It calms us down!"
Four years ago I decided to buy a motorcycle, but I wasn't sure what to buy. I didn't have a favourite bike or brand. I looked through magazines looking for inspiration, for something that would really stand out, but I didn't find anything. So I went out with the idea of going to see them in person and stopped at the first dealership on the road. It was a Ducati dealer and the Monster was on display. I never made it to the next dealer.
I fell in love with the bike the first moment I saw it, but as I've used it I've realised that not only is it beautiful, but it's also reliable: it's never had a single problem. Riding it makes me forget all my problems, it calms me. So calm that while I'm riding it I sing inside my helmet. I even sang travelling from Bari to Misano to come to this edition of the WDW, my second. I don't care if anyone hears me, what matters is the carefree spirit you feel when sitting on it.
