By texting DUCATI to 56936 and/or giving a marketing consent for our marketing campaign, you expressly consent to receive promotional text messages from Ducati Motor Holding and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13.

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Ducati’s services.

Program Description

Ducati and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver text messages to you. Ducati text messages are intended to provide you with information about Ducati’s goods and services (e.g., events, promotional newsletters, commercial or advertising communications, for direct sales, product surveys, coupons, product launches, and contests).

Message Frequency & Cost

You will receive a maximum of five messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Ducati text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Ducati does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.

STOP Information (How to Opt-Out)

Text STOP to 56936 to stop receiving messages from Ducati. You will receive a confirmation text.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Ducati immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to indemnify Ducati in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Ducati if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Your continued consent to receive Ducati text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
