In the event someone steals your Ducati, your insurance policy may not cover your loss completely. That’s because if your insurance company follows common industry practices, they’ll cover only your motorcycle’s actual cash value at the time of the theft, which leaves you liable for other expenses, such as your insurance deductible, various fees, sales tax, and down payment for your replacement motorcycle.

Thanks to Ducati Theft Protection, you can park yours with added peace of mind. It provides you with a theft-deterrent and identification product, plus a Limited Warranty that gives you up to a $5,000 benefit¹⁰ to help minimize your losses. 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

1. Vehicle Service Protection coverage runs concurrently with any applicable manufacturer’s warranties.

2. Any necessary replacement parts will be replaced using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-approved parts.

3. Due to a covered mechanical breakdown, up to three (3) gallons of fuel delivered up to three (3) times per calendar year at no additional cost.

4. An emergency supply of oil, water and other fluids will be delivered if the Member is in immediate need. Payment for these fluids is the named Member’s responsibility, due upon delivery.

5. Trip interruption coverage is not available to residents of New York.

6. Due to a covered mechanical breakdown.

7. Please consult your Customer Agreement for complete transfer and cancelation rules, including state-specific transfer and cancelation rules.

10. If purchased as a pre-owned motorcycle, the Limited Warranty Benefit will be the lesser of $5,000 or the Actual Cash Value of the motorcycle on the date of loss.
