CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

The published pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000, which doesn't include any bonus information and/or our very generous benefits package. This pay range may be adjusted for certain geographies, based on local labor costs. If you are hired at Ducati North America, your final base salary will be based on factors such as geographic location, skills, and depth of experience.

SUMMARY: 

The Network Development Project Manager will manage a variety of responsibilities related to the dealer network. This position will assist the Network Development Director in support of activities including, but not limited to, retail identity implementation, retail identity compliance management, vendor management, new dealer prospecting, new dealer appointments, dealer change packages, and reporting.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the Ducati Retail Identity (RI) Program, including the coordination between the Ducati Dealer, Ducati Motor Holding (DMH) Design Team, Ducati North America Team, external vendors, suppliers and contractors during all phases of RI Project Management. This includes, but is not limited to, RI Project Initiation, Preliminary Data Collection and RI Project Design Package and Report Preparation, Design Review & Approval, Procurement and Planning, Deployment, Project Execution and Installation, and Project Closure, Billing and Postmortem Reporting.
  • Support multiple, complex RI Projects (New Dealer Opening, Relocation, and Refresh Projects) concurrently.
  • Hands on involvement with New Dealer Openings to ensure Dealers are opened effectively and efficiently.
  • Regular virtual meetings, including travel as needed, to review site readiness (including preliminary site visits) and manage onsite project execution and installation, partnering closely with Dealer Contact/Project Managers, Construction Managers and/or General Contractors, to ensure effective and accurate project execution and closeout.
  • Ensure that all Dealer RI Projects are completed timely and accurately. 
  • Responsible for holding internal and external stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate teams and Dealers on key deliverables and communication.
  • Manage ongoing RI Audits and monthly reporting of compliance and qualifications.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding departmental activities.
  • Own or support administrative functions of the team, including PO and invoice management, document tracking and updating supply management, etc.
  • Prepare various departmental reports (monthly and ad hoc) for management and internal personnel.
  • Assist with key department activities, special projects, and ongoing operation support.
  • Schedule appointments, conference calls and events as related to departmental activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent – college education is a plus.
  • 3+ years of related work experience, including project management, retail operations, and/or retail store experience strongly preferred. New store opening experience a plus.
  • Experience managing complex projects with a high level of organization and attention to detail and proven skills in problem solving and team building.
  • CAD or similar design program experience preferred; ability to read constructions drawings and design renderings preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment able to manage priorities and workflow. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Working knowledge of CRM Applications (Salesforce/MIS) is a plus.
