Ducati Manchester scoops MCN award ‘Best single-franchise dealer of the year’ for North and Scotland

   

Ducati Manchester has added to its ever-expanding trophy cabinet with another MCN award, this time for ‘Best single-franchise dealer of the year’ for North and Scotland.

It is not the first time that the dealer has received an MCN award with the Manchester dealership receiving the highest industry accolade in 2015. Ducati Manchester was also named Ducati dealer for Europe and Africa in 2019 to add the numerous awards it has received from Ducati UK since it opened its doors in Sale in 2002.

Ducati Manchester has become known by the local Ducatisti for its excellent customer service and professionalism and the sense of community that the dealership has worked hard to create through the numerous events it organises. These include rideouts, trackdays, tours and trips to overseas events such as World Ducati Week.

“We all love and adore Ducati motorcycles and hopefully that comes through when customers visit our store and get involved in our social side such as the rideouts or trips,” said General Manager, Martin Bridgehouse. “We are a big family and buying a Ducati from us is just the start of the journey together. This award is recognition for all of our amazing team of staff, who are so passionate about what they do and also highly skilled and knowledgeable about Ducati motorcycles, and also our amazing customers who share our enthusiasm for Ducatis.”
