Supermono

The Supermono was exclusively manufactured for racing in 67 exemplars only.

Designed to race in the “Sound of Singles” Championship, the Supermono immediately became popular for its design and sophisticated technology.

The Supermono’s elegant design was the work of Pierre Terblanche.

The captivating line of the Supermono proved highly effective in the races.

The water-cooled, 4-valve single-cylinder engine was designed by Claudio Domenicali, in collaboration with Massimo Bordi and Gianluigi Mengoli.

Though its production lasted only two years, from 1993 to 1995, the Supermono is now one of the most sought-after models by motorcycle collectors throughout the world.

This tremendously refined and elegant four-stroke single was the product of designer Pierre Terblanche in conjunction with the vision of Massimo Bordi and technical implementation of Claudio Domenicali.

A large variety of high-tech components and features (liquid cooling, electronic injection, twin con-rods) combined to create the single most competitive motorcycle in its class.
