Where can I buy the ticket?

Directly through this link, or alternatively ducati.com website in the section dedicated to World Ducati Week. Tickets are sold exclusively online.

If I cannot buy the ticket online or if I cannot use the code in my possession, can I contact someone by phone?

Yes, you can contact the Vivaticket contact center dedicated to WDW 2024 either by phone at +39 051/4490044 or by e-mail: wdw@vivaticket.com.

What types of tickets exist?

Tickets are available in Biker Pass (participant with motorcycle) and Visitor Pass (passenger or walking participant) valid for one or all three days of the event. You can contact your dealer of choice or your president if you are a D.O.C. Member for information on other discounts and purchase concessions.

Can I participate even if I don't have a motorcycle?

Certainly, World Ducati Week is open to everyone, with events, shows and activities designed not only for motorcyclists but for everyone.

I am a motorcyclist but I come without my motorcycle. What experiences can I have?

With the 3-day Visitor Pass you will have the opportunity to participate in all activities, static and riding, daytime and evening, with the exception of the free practice sessions on the track.

Can I participate with a non-Ducati motorcycle?

WDW is open to motorcycles of all makes and models. However, the free practice rounds on the track are reserved for Ducati models.

I have purchased the 3-day Biker Pass and would like to be able to enter one day with one bike and one day with another Ducati bike. Is this possible?

No, you will only be able to participate with one bike, whose ID number is associated with your wristband that you will have to pick up at one of the checkpoints indicated on your ticket starting July 25. This allows us to guarantee the safety of the bikes inside the circuit.

Which activities can I do with a 3-day Biker Pass?

With the 3-day Biker pass, it is possible to participate in all activities included in the program, book a track session (for Ducati motorcycle owners only), and book one of the experiences. How to book the experience will be announced soon.

Which activities can I do with a Visitor 3-day Pass?

With the 3-day Biker Pass you can participate in all the activities in the program, book a track turn (Ducati motorcycle owners only), and book one of the experiences. Basically, you will be able to do everything except the track session with your bike.

Which activities can I do with a Biker or Visitor day Pass?

With the daily Biker or Visitor Pass, you can participate in everything in the daily program except track turns and experiences.

I am disabled: can I book a free ticket?

A 75% disability entitles you to free admission on the WDW pass. You cannot reserve your ticket online, but you can pick it up directly on the spot.

I have purchased the ticket but cannot participate. What should I do?

You can make use of the right of withdrawal (Art. 7 of the regulations) or transfer it to some other person through name change. To make a name change of a purchased ticket, you need to contact the service department at 0039-(0)51-4490044 or by writing to wdw@vivaticket.com. To carry out this operation, it is necessary to be in possession of the ticket and provide ''First Name'' and ''Last Name'' originally entered along with the Fiscal Seal shown on the ticket. Both the purchaser and the individual ticket holder may make the name change. On the day of the Event, valid ID will be requested at the Check-In Points in addition to the ticket to verify access authorization, and if there is a mismatch, you will not be allowed to enter the Event or be entitled to any refund.

Can I give the pass to a friend if I can't participate?

The pass is named, so you can surrender it upon updating the name.

To carry out this operation it is necessary to be in possession of the ticket and provide ''First Name'' and ''Last Name'' originally entered together with the Fiscal Seal shown on the ticket. Can I participate only one day?

One-day Passes, for access to the event on a single day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday), are available online. One-day Passes do not entitle you to reservations for track turns and Ducati experiences.

Can I bring the whole family?

Certainly, World Ducati Week is open to everyone, with events, shows and activities designed for the whole family. It is also possible to accompany children under the age of 18, whose admission is free.

I would like to make the trip together but don't know any other participants, how can I do it?

If you want to find fellow travelers, you can contact your local dealer or club , they are surely organizing group departures and stays.

How can I reach the circuit?

By car/motorbike with the A/14 Bologna/Bari/Taranto Motorway - Cattolica exit By train via the Riccione FS Station it is possible to continue to Misano Adriatico.

What is needed to access the circuit?

In addition to the named digital pass and an ID that, you must have the wristband with you before entering the circuit gates at the dedicated check-in points (see map).

Where can I pick up the wristband needed at the entrance?

The wristband for yourself and your bike will not be mailed but must be picked up at one of the check in points before showing up at the gates. Check out the check-in points set up in the territory (see map).

Where can I find the WDW program?

The WDW2024 schedule will be published soon. The best way to find out all updates in real time is to download the WDWapp, the event app available on the Aple Store and Android Store.

How do I book shifts on the track?

All those who have purchased a 3 Days Pass will soon receive an email with the link to book the experiences directly online, subject to availability. Shifts on the track can only be booked by Ducati motorcycle owners in regular possession of a Biker Pass. You will need to enter your ticket code at the time of booking. Access to the Experiences is subject to access requirements (valid A2 or A3 license, appropriate clothing, etc...) that are indicated in the track regulations. 

Track shifts are available in limited numbers so pay attention to the notices.

How can I make a reservation for a Test Ride?

All those who have purchased a 3 Days Pass will soon receive an email with a link to book the experiences directly online, subject to availability. You will need to enter your ticket code at the time of booking. Access to the Experiences is subject to the entry requirements (valid A2 or A3 driver's license, appropriate clothing, etc...) that are indicated in the regulations.

Are there food outlets present?

Food stations and food trucks will be set up inside the paddock to meet all needs.
