The Ducati stand at EICMA is swamped with visitors

At the 69th edition of EICMA, scheduled to take place at the Milan Fair from 10th to 13th November, Ducati will be exhibiting on a huge stand covering over 1200 m2 (Hall 18 - Stand G64). Fans of the legendary Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer can look forward to seeing not just the bikes, but also accessories and new apparel items.

The undisputed protagonist of this major Milan fair is the eagerly awaited supersport bike, the Ducati 1199 Panigale, not just a new motorcycle but a new motorcycle concept. Already, the first two days, open only to the press and those in the industry, have seen the all-new Ducati 1199 Panigale exhibition area besieged, with the bike constantly surrounded by a crowd eager to catch a glimpse of this latest Ducati-made gem.
Make no mistake, the 1199 Panigale is Ducati through and through: every component combines cutting-edge technology that integrates smoothly with the maker's awesome iconic features. An uncompromising approach to sports bike design and painstaking attention to even the smallest details make it a pure example of the very best of Italian design.
With the 1199 Panigale, Ducati combines an innovative monocoque chassis solution, an awesome new engine - the "Superquadro" L-twin - and racing-derived electronics to produce the king of all Superbikes. Created for the track, yet ready for the road, the new 1199 Panigale is nothing less than a 'revolutionary leap forwards' that will have a huge influence on the entire sports bike segment. Set to hit the showrooms at the start of 2012, this awesome new machine will be available in three versions: 1199 Panigale, 1199 Panigale S and the exclusive 1199 Panigale S Tricolour.

Completing the 2012 Superbike range is the 848EVO, looking to boost its already outstanding success by winning over new customers with an unprecedented 2012 version, the 848EVO Corse Special Edition, characterised by a major electronics upgrade, new suspension and a fresh, eye-catching Ducati Corse colour scheme.

For 2012 Ducati will also be offering up an extended Streetfighter family consisting of the all-new Streetfigher 848, which joins the awesomely powerful Steetfighter S. Moreover, Ducati's high-performance naked family now offers two different engine sizes to provide an ever-more thrilling, complete Streetfighter range. For 2012 the Streetfighter S will be available in classic Ducati red and the all-new "Race Titanium Matt", both with red frame and black wheels.

For the DIAVEL 2012, even more personality, style and appeal is on the way. Its new "chromo" livery is expected to enhance the success of this mind-blowing Ducati even further. A unique bike that is different, innovative and bold, the Diavel is a lesson in style that has won over motorcyclists all around the world, setting a new segment standard and opening up brand new horizons. Presented at EICMA in November 2010 and launched on the market in the first months of 2011, the DIAVEL lived up to its promise and went on to exceed even the most optimistic expectations, making it one of the best-selling, most admired bikes of last year.
For 2012 the DIAVEL will again be bristling with the innovation and technology that has characterised it ever since its unveiling. A new, exciting "chromo" livery will become available this coming year, going on to join the exclusive DIAVEL AMG Special Edition (recently presented at the Frankfurt Car Show).
